One of Dhaka’s few fine-dining restaurants and the only Japanese restaurant to employ a well-trained chef from Japan. We have a lovely garden and courtyard for al-fresco dining as well as ample seating inside, in a very minimalist setting. We fly in Tuna from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo at least once a week and import the majority of our raw materials while trying to source farm-direct for the local materials and work only with very high-end and quality-conscious local suppliers.
Our kitchen is led by Chef Masayuki Nakajimaya from Hokkaido, Japan and has been with the restaurant since we started in 2010. Trained in Tokyo, he further honed his craft in France & Germany.
